沒錯! 絕對不行忽視
只要是要去VSB-TUO當交換學生，就有資格申請此獎學金
對於還是學生的我們，真是大大的幫助阿
但是他申請截止日期很快就截止了!!!!!
Deadlines for submitting applications:
April 30 - for the winter semester
October 15 - for the summer semester
所以如果學校的初審遲遲還沒出來，就要先趕快準備獎學金要求要繳交的文件，
不然你就會錯過申請的時間了!
但是有一個小秘訣!
就是可以先寫信問對方學校的承辦老師，說明你要申請此獎學金，
但是資料無法在交件日期繳交，是否可以給你一點時間，等你繳交資料。
這樣說不定你就會多一個機會喔~
以下來說一下要如何準備這些資料

為大家解讀如何準備!
總共有七點需要準備
1. „Conditions for granting the Georgius Agricola Scholarship at VŠB–TUO” signed by the student
網站會有一個連結檔，是一份聲明書
表明你要申請此獎學金，列印下來簽名就可以了!
2. Complete application documents for an Exchange Programme (Learning Agreement, English skills approval, copy of a passport)
這邊提到的文件，就是在申請交換學生時有提到的文件，
但是因為這些文件在申請交換學生時，都已用線上申請方式取代，所以不用另外準備，只要線上填寫就好。
但是!因為申請獎學金的時候還是會用到，所以還是要準備!
而且這一點在簡章裡面的敘述更詳細 (p.5)，
《Complete application documents for an Exchange Programme or Freemover stay including all enclosures (the forms „Student Application Form“ and „Learning Agreement” must be provided in two originals duly confirmed by the sending institution). In the Learning Agreement, there shall be selected courses in the extent of 30 ECTS credits per semester, 20 ECTS credits per semester at minimum. If the study stay is shorter than 5 months, the minimum number of ECTS credits may be reduced based on the request consideration executed by the Board of the Georgius Agricola Scholarship》
解釋一下: 不用理 two originals duly，只要準備一份好了後再掃描，但要注意要給國際處蓋章簽名。學分部分要選20~30學分。
所以要準備4個東西
- Student Application Form
- Learning Agreement
- English skills approval
- copy of a passport
前兩個可以在各系的網站找到表格下載(但我想基本上是一樣的)，
這邊就以經濟系提供的為例，
點1)或2)會進入以下的畫面，我們是 Exchange Students ，再點開檔案下載即可
3. CV with the given contact address, the telephone number and the e-mail address
這個就是個人簡歷，要包含戶籍地址、電話、Email等。
格式範例可以搜索強大的Google，參考網民們的範例!
4. Motivation letter of the applicant (student) in English
要說明申請動機，一樣可以參考強大的網路資源~
5. 2 letters of reference – which can be from the sending university, the receiving department, another university, etc.
要準備兩封推薦信! 可以請系主任、上課的教授、認識的老師/主任，當然是越了解你的越好，請他們幫忙寫，他們通常都很願意幫忙的!
但是因為是要繳交電子檔給捷克學校，所以可以請老師不用彌封，因為到最後還是要猜開來掃描，但是還是要請老師簽名
6. Transcript of Records including GPA from home university in English duly confirmed by the representative of the university.
再來就是在校成績單，當然是要英文版的，而學校通常都會附每一學期的GPA，如果沒有的話，可以請註冊課務組加進去。
＃逢甲的成績印表機或是智慧服務中心印出來的成績單就是都有附上的囉~
7. A short cover letter stating that the student is applying for the Georgius Agricola Scholarship
最後這一點沒有在網站出現，而是寫在簡章裡面喔!(p.5)所以真的要好好注意!!!!
這一封就是要說明你要申請這一個獎學金。
以上每個文件當然都要以英文為主(廢話!!!
準備CV、Motivation letter、cover letter真的是超難熬的，中文的就要寫很久了，何況還是英文
而且中、英文的思維邏輯真的很不一樣，所以建議多去網路上看看別人提供的範例喔!
只要準備好七個文件之後就可以整理成一個PDF檔傳送過去給對方學校啦~
