到丹麥後，我們需要到當地的公所申請CPR-number，這是我們在這邊的編號，有點像是身分證的東西，裡面會有我們所有的資料，很多系統或是申請都需要有這個編號(像是:銀行、打疫苗等等)，所以很重要，也因為有這編號就可以獲得我們很多個人資料，所以不能將這編號隨便給別人資料!要好好保管~

申請很簡單，只要將資料準備好過去就好，接下來就跟大家分享我如何申請

1. 上網預約時間: https://www.kolding.dk/

Kolding，我就要去他們的公所網站預約時間，選擇 book and appointment with the Citizen Service。

選擇要申請的cpr項目。

之後照著他只是的步驟就可以選擇你想要預約的時間，之後就可以填寫預約的資料就完成預約了!

有兩點要特別注意:

• 電話號碼: 此電話號碼就是現場取號的編號，所以要填入正確的電話號碼，不然現場可能會無法順利取號。
• 如果還沒有電話號碼: 也可以申請，可以輸入00 + birthdate (00DDMMYY)代替。

預約成功後會收到一封Email，上面會有預約成功的資訊，也要記得將這郵件保存好。

2. 準備文件(以下是學校提供給我的資訊):

有三個文件需要填寫:

• Arrival from foreign countries (please see “Available doctors” concerning choice of doctor)
• Registration of expected departure
• Consent to conveyance of Danish CPR number​​​​​​​

另外有幾個文件要帶:

• Original passport/ID card and a copy of your passport/ID card
• Original residence permit and a copy of the front page of your residence permit
• Marriage certificate/divorce papers (only if you are married/divorced)
• Tenancy agreement and a copy of the page on which your address and your name is stated and a copy of the page on which the commencement date of the accommodation is stated. If SDU has arranged for your accommodation, you will find the tenancy agreement in your welcome folder, which your buddy has brought/will bring for you upon your arrival.
• Should you not have a tenancy agreement of your own, e.g. if you are living with someone, instead of the tenancy agreement, please bring the attached form called ”Confirmation of moving in”. The form must be filled in by the person whose name is on the tenancy agreement, where you are living.

這些資料也可以去現場寫，但是提前準備好，就不用在那邊用很久。如果需要影印的資料，在去申請之前找不到地方印也沒關係，那邊會幫你印，所以沒關係。如果有不會填寫的地方，可以詢問學程的負責人、學伴、或是去現場問都可以，他們都很樂意幫忙(我遇到的是)~

3. 資料繳交/申請:

到現場後，要先在入口的機器輸入預約號碼並取號。叫號後，辦事人員會一一跟你確認資料，如果資料沒有缺漏，他就會現場幫你製作你的CPR-number。大約5-10分鐘內就會好，你在現場就會拿到一張文件，上面就會有你的CPR-number。接下來需要等約2周的時間，他們會寄你的Yellow card到你的地址，同時SIRI也會寄送你的Residence Permit。

這樣就大功告成啦!

之後你會陸續收到很多信，包括: Welcome Letter、NemID(這也需要申請，開銀行帳戶會需要)、其他疫苗資訊等。

所以申請CPR-number是很重要的第一關，這樣很多其他的程序才可以申請，祝大家申請順利囉~
